Organic Living Like a #Boss

While in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of Congo, I am exploring different recipes and dishes using local ingredients that are naturally cultivated, talk about eating organic #goals ! This week, I made these two dishes for breakfast, using pretty much the same ingredients, with the exception of adding beets for one, and an omelet for the other. The whole point of my meals is for it to be healthy, easy and quick to make, tasty, and colorful.
